Can you recreate broken plastic parts?

Usually yes. Send photos with a ruler or calipers in frame, or hand us the pieces — even a shattered part gives us the geometry. We model it, print a test fit, then run the final in a material suited to the job.

Do I need a 3D model?

No. Plenty of jobs start from a photo, a sketch on a napkin, or the broken original. If you do have an STL, OBJ, or STEP file, drop it into the FORGE node and we’ll quote straight from it.

Can you help design my idea?

Accepted Answer

That’s most of what we do. Describe the problem and the constraints — what it mounts to, what it holds, how much abuse it takes — and we handle the CAD. You approve the design before anything prints.

How long does printing take?

Small parts often finish the same visit. Mid-size jobs typically run a few hours, and multi-part or large-format work usually lands in two to five days. Rush service is available.

What materials do you offer?

PLA for display and prototypes, PETG for heat and moisture, TPU for anything flexible, PA-CF nylon for structural loads, and resin when fine detail matters. We’ll recommend based on where the part lives.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes — we drive to you. Greater Los Angeles is our core zone with no call-out fee inside 25 miles, a flat fee out to 60, and custom quotes beyond. Shipping is available too.

Question 7

Can you print prototypes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, including functional ones meant to be tested rather than admired. We can iterate through several revisions in the time a traditional shop takes to quote the first.

Do you sign NDAs?
